The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in the AI team, ensuring product-market fit and driving the development of next-generation AI tools. Working with cross-functional teams-including ML engineers, designers, and developers-you’ll build impactful products that redefine productivity through AI. With a strategic mindset, you’ll identify market needs, craft product strategies, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving product-market fit by developing AI products that address customer needs in innovative and distinctive ways.
• Engaging with customers to become the team’s expert on the market, prioritising needs that bring the most value.
• Leading end-to-end product delivery, from ideation and research to execution and launch, ensuring successful implementation.

What They’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with exposure to AI, ML, or LLMs.
• A customer-centric approach, with a passion for translating insights into impactful product features.
• Self-driven, organised, and skilled at aligning product objectives with customer and business goals.
• Collaborative leadership experience with cross-functional teams, leading through data and influence.
• Effective prioritisation skills to focus on high-priority tasks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Future-focused and motivated, with a keen interest in AI trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
