A HR Manager is required by a small Civil Service organisation going through aperiod of expansion and development

This is a new role, reporting to the Head of HR, working across the organisation, with an employee population of 400.

Work in partnership with the other HR Managers.
Manage project timescales.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and have worked as a HR Manager, supporting specific client group and projects within your previous organisation. You will have strength of character and demonstrate excellent commercial acumen that translates into effective project management skills. Your influencing skills and ability to communicate will be evident as will your ability to relationship manage board directors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading organisation.
