This a fantastic opportunity for anyone social experts who want to lead on online forums and develop strong genuine relationships with customers online. Our client is looking for someone to manage the social communities and create a strategy that will be the key way they communicate with customers. This organisation truly value their relationships with customers and endeavour to make them feel part of community/family.

On a day to day you'll be gathering insight and data to share with customers, producing content to share via the social channels, forums. Identifying key influencers who could work alongside the brand and support vision and business objectives. Building relationships with the relevant online magazines and building reward and loyalty program for brand ambassadors.

If you have proven experience managing online communities and class yourself as a social media "whizz" then this is a great role for you. You need to be able to demonstrate strong comms skills and writing skills. Strong understanding of brand/tone of voice and developing interesting copy. This is an ethical brand, so having a passion for ethical/charitable practices would be beneficial.
