I'm excited to be working with this growing brand who are experts in their field. Due to their continued success, I have been asked to recruit Resource Planning Manager to lead their high performing operational resource planning team

You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal use of resources across the business, providing forecasting, planning, scheduling services, and management information through the planning team.

The day to day role will consist of
*Managing the demand assessment across the business, ensuring the delivery of medium work load projections, resource gap and recruitment.
*Provide exceptional forecasting on a short, medium and long term basis.
*Deliver effective shift planning, scheduling, and real time management.
*Build exceptional relationships across the business.
*Provide exceptional leadership and management to the team maintaining a high-performance culture and capable team.
Required Skills and Experience
*Proven experience in a large-scale resource management leadership role.
*Advanced knowledge of the end to end resource planning methodologies and contact centre dynamics.
*Exceptional numerical skills and a strategic thinking with proven ability to work with the current and future operations.
*Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to recruit, lead and develop a high performing team.
*Experience of working with Verint or other similar WFM software will be advantageous.
