Artis Customer Contact is pleased to be supporting this global organisation who is looking for a high calibre Customer Relations Team Manager to support and further develop the customer resolutions division.

The Customer Relations Team Manager will play a significant role within the organisation by delivering exceptional customer service whilst effectively leading and managing a team. Building relationships and liaising with management, customers, internal colleagues and third party organisations, you will also gather management information and conduct root cause analysis which will be provided to the senior leadership team

*Provide guidance to Complaints Officers and assist with complex complaints responses.
*Liaise with all parts of the business to ensure complaints are identified, handled and recorded in-line with company policy.
*Liaise as necessary with regulatory bodies, including assessing whether complaints fall within jurisdiction.
*To provide bespoke guidance on resolution and arrange required action to be taken to resolve complaints, liaising appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
*Handle escalated complaints.
*Motivate, coach, and develop the team to enable them to succeed in all aspects of their role.

Key Requirements-
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role.
*Significant experience of dealing with complaints at a managerial level.
*Significant experience of successful line management.
*Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
*Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise tasks and delegate effectively.
